Art Work.

These are some examples of the art work I made during my first year of college.
The first image is made up of several experiments of ink and bleach, pencil drawings, fabric creations, ink and pencil drawings and one painting. The other drawing is of my mums' old bear. At the time I was learning about mark making and  I used a dip pen and ink to draw it.

Block Colours.

I don't really like these. I think that darker colours work better than paler ones. A lot of the rooms in my house are yellow but even when I didn't have the flash on, they usually came out looking more like white. The red and blue have turned out the best. I wouldn't have used a flash on the last image but I found that when I didn't use the flash it just looked red. I think this shoot would have gone better if there had been better 'block colours' to choose from. I can't really think of anything else to take a photograph of, that wouldn't have a texture. The only thing I can think of is a wall, and I've run out of different coloured walls. If I do end up using any of these and they turn out to be really useful, then of course, I will go in search of other photo posibilities.
